Hallo, Hazel here to share another craft room. I’m sure you remember that I love to recycle, reuse and repurpose and this is just what Diane from In My Own Style did. Join me in short tour of her space and if you want to know all the detail and how-to, hop over to her blog.
First up – The Working Table:
Can you believe that this once were two hand-me-down cabinets and an old door?
And this is unbelievable! The room is part of an open plan living space and when Diane entertains, this is what it looks like:
The room doubles (or rather triples!) as an office and the base of the desk is an old wooden filing cabinet. Great repurposing!!
And ordinary bookcases can look like this??
I would love to share a picture of every single item in Diane’s space but I recommend that you do that hopping to her blog now and see for yourself. And ……………….. she saved the very, very best for last – a Lazy Susan colored pencil organizer AND she also supplies a link to the post how to make your own.
I love craft spaces but this one is surely one of the best I’ve seen – used what’s available, clean, calm, serene, lots of storage space AND multi functional. I love it! Thanks for sharing, Diane.
That’s it from me. Thanks for hopping around Blogland with me today. If you want to know something, ask in the comments or hop over to my blog and get me there.
