Hi there! It’s Noelle with a new craft room to feature that I just LOVE. As cute as it is (and it is VERY cute!) the best part is when she says she’s working on a budget-she really means a real budget, and not thousands of dollars. This is my kind of budget she’s talking about, too! Rebecca from Older and Wisor takes old and discarded items and paints them fun fresh colors to make her craft room sing with a super hip and fun vibe. A gal after my own heart when it comes to bold color and upcycling Craigslist finds!
Love this old dresser that she painted a bold green & added some fun wood numbers to.
But in my book, the piece de resistance is this hutch (separate post) that she purchased for 75$ and painted a gorgeous shade of jade green. I recently painted an old hutch myself and am thinking that the next time I come across one that’s cheap/free I might replace the wall hung shelves in my studio with something like this. It has SO much more character than my particle board shelves! She said that this hutch was her 17th wedding anniversary gift. And all I keep thinking is “my 17th anniversary is next month!” 😉
Have a fabulous week!
